Terms & ConditionsTerms & ConditionsWe try to keep our T & C as simple and straightforward as possible. Our aim is to be as fair and as balanced as possible. When booking onto one of our sessions, it is assumed that you have read and accepted the information given below. Booking Reserving a place on a training session can be made by telephone, email or the on-line booking form Payment Payment can be made by cheque or BACS Payment should be made prior to attending the session & no later than 28 days following attendance at a session Reminders set out for overdue payments (later than 28 days) are subject to a £15.00 admin surcharge at our discretion Substitutes Substitute delegates are permissable. Substitute delegates do not incur any additional costs. Cancellations More than 72 hours notice - no charge (any payments received will be refunded in full) Less than 72 hours notice - 50% of session fee will be charged Less than 24 hours notice - 100% of session fee will be charged |
