Training terms & conditionsTerms & ConditionsWe try to keep our T & C as simple and straightforward as possible. Our aim is to be as fair and as balanced as possible. When booking onto one of our sessions, it is assumed that you have read and accepted the information given below. Booking Reserving a place on a training session can be made by telephone, email or the on-line booking form Payment Payment can be made by cheque or BACS Payment should be made prior to attending the session, unless prior agreement has been made Reminders sent out for overdue payments are subject to a £5.00 admin surcharge Substitutes Substitute delegates are permissable. Substitute delegates do not incur any additional costs. Cancellations More than 72 hours notice no charge for training session Any unrecoverable associated expenses already incurred (e.g. rail trickets) will be charged Less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours notice 50% of session fee & any unrecoverable associated expenses will be charged Less than 24 hours notice 100% of session fee + unrecoverable associated expenses will be charged |
